Meet Our Founder
Beth Jannery serves as a Strategic Thought Partner to CEOs and a fractional Chief Communications Officer. Her experience spans Fortune 100 companies, board-level strategy, and executive partnerships across sectors. Beth has worked inside billion-dollar organizations during mergers, acquisitions, and leadership transitions, shaping messaging, culture, and strategic alignment across global teams. She served as Bureau Chief for Raytheon Technologies during the largest global aerospace and defense merger in history. Beth holds a master’s in journalism from Boston University and executive training from The Wharton School and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She is a Fast Company Executive Board Member and is a Strategic Advisor and Investor for Networked.
